I have 19 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles across education, health, insurance, and regulatory industries. Throughout my career, I have managed client records with accuracy, processed payments efficiently, and handled high volumes of telephone and email queries, ensuring professional and timely responses. My ability to liaise with customers and stakeholders has strengthened my communication and problem-solving skills, enabling me to resolve complex inquiries and maintain strong client relationships. For the past 5.5 years in Higher Education I have held managerial positions, leading teams, implementing organisational strategies, and driving organisational change. I have led process implementation and modification efforts to improve efficiency, undertaken workload planning to optimise team performance, and provided key HR line management support. I have been responsible for planning and delivering organisational training, including developing training materials and managing SharePoint training sites. In addition, I have overseen recruitment processes, employee inductions, probation reviews, and performance development reviews, ensuring staff are supported throughout their career progression. My experience in navigating structural transitions and refining operational workflows has enabled me to create sustainable improvements that align with business objectives.
Education
I earned a First-Class Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science as a mature student at University of Lincoln,demonstrating strong analytical and research skills. I then pursued an MSc in Management with Project Management also at University of Lincoln, covering modules such as strategy making, working in global teams, finance for business, and project planning. I am currently undertaking my final module, exploring digital transformation in line with Lean Six Sigma principles, further strengthening my expertise in organisational efficiency and strategic development.
