Jenny Naylor

I have a unique background as I have worked in HR for much of my career, but also transitioned into a Managing Director role within a business with a turnover of £83m.  This makes me a great asset to any business, but especially a forward thinking business that may be going through, or intending to make changes.  I am commercially astute but will also take the correct decisions in the right way.  I have excellent M&A experience, leading the due diligence and control of the data room, followed by the integration of teams.  Organisation culture is important to me as this needs to be right, if a business is to be successful and efficient as possible.
