I am 27 years old from Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK I enjoy communicating with customers and providing a personal touch to each interaction, as no two interactions are ever the same. my previous role, I dealt compassionately with customers, often handling sensitive matters such as billing disputes, bereavement calls, and registering POA onto accounts. I am GDPR compliant and understand the importance of following company policies and procedures.

My most recent role was working in a call centre for BT/EE in there call centre in Belfast from May 2023 to November 2024.

My main role was Inbound customers calling to make payments on their accounts or disputing bills, i often delt with sensitive bereavement calls and registering Power Of Attorneys onto accounts following company policy all while updating customer interactions and maintaining accurate notes.
