Joana Marta

I am a native Portuguese speaker with great communication skills, in both writing and speaking, looking to start a career in translation and interpretation services.

I have great attention to detail and I am extremely well organised, so you can be sure to receive a great quality product that will be provided efficiently and be up to your high standards.

I have ample experience in customer service and have developed a very strong work ethic with the customer at its core. I also have plenty of experience working as part of a team and I would say I am quite adept at it, although I do not shy away from working by myself and I am capable of maintaining a high degree of autonomy when needed.

Although I do not possess any professional experience within the field of translation, I have always shown a great interest and aptitude for learning and understanding languages, as well as great writing skills, both creative and academic. Having also grown up in a multilingual family, I have developed the ability to quickly and seamlessly switch languages during lively conversations and provide accurate interpretations to those around me.

I have graduated from Middlesex University's Theatre Arts course with First Class Honours, specialising in performance.

I have also gone through the IELTS evaluation process, acquiring a level 6 in English

I have graduated Secondary education with an A-levels A grade equivalent in both English and Portuguese
