About John Carter:
I am a confident outgoing person who really enjoys interacting with all kinds of people with all different backgrounds. I always try to go above and beyond to help anyone by using my own initiative. I am also a great team worker who loves to help people progress. I have been a manager, supervisor and team leader in all of my previous roles my last being a manager in Fireglass Operations with a team of up to 10 people. I am a very hardworking and passionate person who wants to help people and the business strive to be the best possible. In this role I cut glass into shapes and ordered sizes, stock rotation, checking stock levels, quality Assurance, operating overhead crane, dealing with customer and office enquiries quickly and efficiently, also involved in health and safety and risk assessment officer at NVQ level. I also do machine maintenance, training and mentoring of staff, sand blasting and help load vehicles when needed. On the 21/01/22 I passed another TQUK level 3 in emergency first aid (RQF) - (EFAW).
Vehicle Installation Engineer Cabvision - East London July 2017 to February 2018
Within this role I installed credit card terminals and meters using relevant wireing And crimping techniques to the relevant electrical points so all equipment relayed from The front to the back and vice versa of the black cabs. Also dealt with customer queries and complaints.

Within the London branch, I work in a team of 20 colleagues directly supporting customers with processing their daily orders. In this role I support our customers and engineers by dealing with enquiries quickly and efficiently. I help the branch team strengthen relationships with the customer and achieve order deadlines within the company timescale. I also do stocktaking, rotation and stock orders, receive and distribute IT stock to customers and company engineers within the UK and Europe, I was also involved in building pc's for relevant projects. Doing stock reports IT Asset tag sheet and inventory using Word/Excel and WASP systems while visiting various sites around UK to inspect completed work projects.
