Experience

Excellent organisational skills and inter-personal skills

Self-motivated, reliable, and physically strong and able to work on any building/construction site.

Safety conscious whilst working in high pressurised environments that require organisation of teams & trades across several different sites

Over 15 years’ experience in bricklaying working accurately from detailed plans and specifications with an eye for detail. 

Experienced sub-contractor, co-ordinator and manager

Proficient with the use of Site Audit Pro which allows me to monitor both quality and efficiency of site works for reporting to clients

Education

CITB – Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)

NPORS – Digger & Dumper Operator

CITB – Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)

First Aid at Work – Comprehensive 3-day course

NVQ Level 1 & 2 Brickwork

NVQ Level 1 & 2 Drainage & Foundations

Commenced NVQ Level 6 Site Management Black Card
