Education

I hold a Level 3 Personal Training certificate, am a graduate of the MyCube4Change program, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Paired with 20+ years of hands-on experience in personal training, sales, and marketing, this combination equips me to guide clients and organizations through change, deliver results-driven programs, and turn practical insight into meaningful, lasting impact.
