I’m an experienced construction and development professional who’s spent over 15 years bringing residential and mixed-use projects to life across East Anglia and beyond. I’ve been lucky to lead talented teams as a Technical Design Director and General Manager, guiding projects from the first sketch right through to completion.

I’m passionate about building things that last not just in structure, but in the relationships, trust, and pride that come from doing things properly. I care about quality, compliance, and collaboration, and I enjoy mentoring others to grow in confidence and skill.

Outside of work, I’m a hands-on problem solver who loves design, detail, and finding better ways to get things done. I believe the best projects happen when everyone feels part of the same journey and that’s what I try to bring to every team I work with.

I’ve built my career leading construction and property development projects from the ground up overseeing design, delivery, and compliance on complex residential and mixed-use schemes across East Anglia and beyond. I’ve served as Technical Design Director and General Manager, managing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. My background combines technical expertise with practical site experience and a genuine passion for mentoring others, solving problems, and driving projects that make a lasting impact.

I am completing advanced qualifications in Construction Senior Management (NVQ Level 7) and continue to invest in ongoing professional development within building regulations, health and safety, and project leadership. My training has given me a strong foundation in both strategic management and hands-on delivery ensuring every project I oversee meets the highest professional and regulatory standards.
