I am a positive and disciplined professional who tries to achieve perfection in my individual work while enjoying the efficiency of a great team.

Due to the range of jobs that I have had, I am now able to work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines, organize tasks within a team for successful project outcomes. In my current role, I am undertaking administrative tasks to support social media content and channels, including monitoring online channels, interacting with responses to our content, and creating material that analyses the outcome of our interactions for the client. I am able to perform these duties in English, German, and Spanish, maintaining an excellent standard of service and following legal processes that differ between countries. I excel at solving problems that may be complex and require the use of conceptual thinking skills, following different processes according to the situation.

I graduated in 2016 with a Bachelors in English Studies, based on British and American history and literature. There was focus on the intrinsic linguistics of English. I have also qualified to teach English as a second language after completing a Tefl course, which covered not only linguistics but lesson and document planning, progress tracking, and presentation methods.
