With nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry, I've built my career from the ground up; starting in insurance administration and progressing into both commercial underwriting and broking roles. This has equipped me with a strong technical understanding and a well rounded view of the insurance landscape.

In this time, I have developed an in depth knowledge in a range of sectors, including taxi, motor trade, and broader commercial insurance. My experience across these products has sharpened my ability to assess risk, tailor solutions, and build relationships with clients.

• Keegan & Pennykid Insurance Brokers - March 2025 to September 2025, dealing mainly with third-sector and not-for-profit cases as well as large commercial cases.
• Howden Scotland - May 2022 to March 2025, dealing with SME commercial cases
• Clegg Gifford & Co Ltd - June 2016 to May 2022, dealing with large motor trade, fleet and taxi cases

• I have completed 2 out of the 3 modules to achieve my Cert CII qualification
• I also obtained a Level 3 SVQ in Business Administration between 2014 and 2016
• I attended Trinity Academy and achieved a mix of Standard Grade and Intermediate 2 qualifications including Maths, English, Computing, Biology, and Chemistry
