I'm very good around a team and work well with other colleagues for example, whilst working at chesterfield they supported me with any workload and I helped them with their’s to create an effective workflow. I have very good concentrating skills so that I can complete any task given even if the task is a difficult one. I have a very calm and relaxed personality which is helpful for large amounts of work that may get delegated to me but I am always determined to help out where possible. I also have competent Knowledge of most Microsoft applications. 

• From my time here at Chesterfield, I have gained many skills such as maintaining smooth teamwork with the brokers and any clients I work on and communication in an office environment. 
• I joined Chesterfield on a voluntary basis to gain experience.
• I gained knowledge of the US Transportation market - Motor Truck Cargo (MTC) and Auto Physical Damage (APD) lines of coverage.
• My main responsibilities were:
  All policy amendments, adds and deletes, cancellations and reinstatements have to be agreed upon by underwriters.
• Processing firm orders, processing of Assured / Underwriter and other client information details. 
• Sanction checking
• Policy research to assist other departments 
• I have also been helping with the property side setup quotes and binding risks.
• Experience with in-house systems such as Global XB 

I decided to stay at the Leigh academy for post-16 because they did a maths course which I found interesting. It allowed me to use maths further in my life and apply my skills more throughout my day. These skills would be very helpful for my finance-related career.
