Experience

June ‘23 - date  Forest Park Hotel, Brockenhurst

                        Front of House Waiting Staff (part-time)

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with customers to take orders, 
  • Running sections of the restaurant independently, 
  • Ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for customers, 
  • Bar work including making drinks, operating a coffee machine, all food and drinks running.
  • Cleaning areas and work spaces, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards both at front of house and in the kitchen.

 

2021 – 2023   Hare and Hounds Pub, Sway

                     Waiting Staff (part-time)

Responsibilities included working with customers, taking orders, running of sections, bar work, food running, cleaning, workstation organisation.
