I was the senior technical lead for the company and oversaw the implementation and deployment of managed projects for customers. This included providing advice, support, and implementation, for SMBs that required telecoms, systems, hosting, cyber security, networks, and application management.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for all levels at the company and managing the day-to-day delivery and operation of ICT infrastructure across multiple sites. Installing, upgrading, operation, control, maintenance and effective use of Microsoft/Linux Server Services, physical and virtual.
• Lead projects such as migration of on-site to cloud scenarios, such as Exchange/Active Directory to Office 365/Azure AD. Migration of 200+ websites onto new in-house Linux (CENTOS/Alma Linux) based virtual systems for customers that have PHP/MySQL technologies used.
• Designing virtualisation environments and implementing HA and Replication for Security Cleared required clients from the hardware to the network topology and Cyber Security accreditations.
• Implement workflows for automating Office 365 SharePoint data for efficient processing of data for third parties.
• Project managing a new object storage backup solution for all customer’s systems that provided enterprise level protection from crypto virus using Veeam Enterprise. Providing a cost saving analysis spreadsheet that showed the differences between existing backup solutions.
• Present and manage new data installations from CAT5/6 to MM/SM Fibre, working with third-party contractors ensuring that the customer’s requirements are kept.
