Sports Lead for Arts University Bournemouth since 2018.Plan and coordinate classes especially at introductory level for beginners to fitness and for students in a university of 4600 students (currently). 

Run a programme with classes in yoga, dance, fencing, self-defence, surfing and also boxing classes (which I deliver myself). 

Negotiate with external organisations and plan one-off events like outdoors activities and engaging activities that will have a positive impact on students’ physical health and wellbeing. 

Assigned to mentor and support all the grassroots sports Clubs; football, rugby, netball, volleyball, swimming, climbing, surfing, Taekwondo and badminton.

University Administrator for entering athlete students in local and regional competitions, such as BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport). 

Face to face and via IT systems to liaison and communicate with external organisations, instructors and leisure centres, managing the budget, class and club memberships, promotions, website details and ordering equipment required for each sport.

Reporting to department heads and team regarding the progress of the engagement, achievements, problems and solutions of the programme.

Pastoral role for students who need guidance in moving forward in their passion for sports, signposting them to other services; counselling services, official clubs and organisations to further their extra curricular activities.

Offering opportunities for students to be involved with sports; voluntary roles in assisting instructors, qualifications in coaching to be able to deliver classes, First Aid Training and sports CPD.

Contracted Sports Massage Therapist for SportBU, Bournemouth University since 2022.

Business owner of Personal Training, Boxing Coach and Sports Massage Therapy since 2011.

Currently undertaking a Diploma in Combined Level 5 TEFL course, due to complete by July 2024.
