My career has been driven by a passion for music and helping others reach their potential. As a Music Manager at SHBB Collective, I oversee our artists' development and growth across areas like production, partnerships, events, and streaming promotion. I've increased our streaming numbers and expanded visibility through innovative digital marketing strategies. This experience has honed my abilities to nurture talent, analyze data, and creatively engage audiences.

Previously, I worked in recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, I managed the full hiring cycle from sourcing candidates to extending job offers. This allowed me to gain skills in areas like interviewing, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship building. I also developed strong communication, organizational, and analytical competencies.

Before entering music management, I worked as a Clinical Psychology Assistant at a youth law center. I assisted psychologists with evaluations, therapy sessions, assessments, and trauma education for at-risk youth. This experience built my resilience and ability to connect with vulnerable populations.

In addition to formal roles, I've served as an outdoor Adventure Guide leading hiking, swimming, and climbing excursions. This developed my risk management abilities, group facilitation skills, and passion for mentoring others.

Throughout my career, I've pursued opportunities to grow as a leader and make a positive impact through music, youth empowerment, and psychological support. I'm excited to continue this journey in my next role

I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the Jordanian University, giving me a strong foundation in human behavior, mental health, and interpersonal dynamics. This education equipped me with empathy, resilience, and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Most recently, I obtained my Master's degree in Health and Clinical Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London. Through this program, I gained expertise in areas such as psychological assessments, counseling, trauma, and therapeutic interventions. My clinical experiences allowed me to hone my listening skills, analytical abilities, and collaborative approach when working with patients.

Additionally, I earned an IGCSE Diploma from the JUBILEE School which provided a well-rounded education in subjects like mathematics, sciences, English, and information technology. This developed my core competencies in critical thinking, writing, STEM disciplines, and problem-solving.

I supplement my formal education with certifications like Psychological First Aid and Evidence Based Trauma Training for Children. My educational background combines rigorous academic training with specialized skills in psychology and mental health care. This equips me to bring both knowledge and compassion to my work.
