I am a highly motivated person, who possesses excellent administrative skills that I am keen to apply in an office environment. I am an enthusiastic and reliable person, who can relate to all people and is able to work a part of a team using my initiative. I actively enjoy dealing with people, problem solving and can demonstrate the ability to build trusted relationships I am highly adaptable and able to deal with problems quickly and efficiently and I am willing to undertake further training where appropriate. I have strong administration skills and familiarity with business software such as the Microsoft Office Suite especially in Excel with data management. Having used these programs along with the various management systems I have come to use, I feel that I am fully confident and competent using them.
Experience
Act as a key iTrent systems administrator including dealing with user queries and assisting in the maintenance of iTrent, to ensure staff records are accurate e.g. updating contract details and adding new starters• Use iTrent and business objects to create and run reports as required by SET and HR team• Liaise with the third-party IT supplier to ensure the housekeeping is applied to the iTrent system and the system integrity is maintained.• Support with recruitment and onboarding including maintaining the Trusts recruitment platform MyNewTerm and supporting with Trust SCR compliance. • Assist with the administrative processes during annual Journey to Excellence reviews and new staff probation periods, including the maintenance of spreadsheets, trackers and iTrent.• Accurate drafting of Contracts of Employment, variation letters and any other written correspondence to staff as directed by the HR Director or Senior HR Officer. • Monitor the HR inbox and deal with queries on a daily basis.• Assist in the accurate maintenance of personnel files and records. • Assist with the processing of payroll on a monthly basis as directed by the HR Director or Senior HR Officer.• Act at the main administrator for the iHasco training system and produce reports as required.• Data entry and analysis tasks as required to ensure integrity of data and compliance with GDPR• Provide a professional response to telephone, email and face to face queries, referring matters on as necessary to the appropriate team members. • Complete the annual School Workforce census with the support of the HR Director.• Provide administrative support to the wider work of the HR Team, including project work and ad hoc pieces of work as directed by the HR Director.• Provide admin support to the Office Managers with HR processes.• Ensuring our customers in the academies are treated in accordance with positive HR standards and the provision of an approachable and open service to staff.
