About Julie Price :

I have 20 plus years experience as an administrator, and worked in the estate agency sector for over 15 years.   I am a hard working individual that takes great pride in my work.  I am honest, reliable and have a great sense of humour.  

Experience

I am currently a Centre Manager of a commercial business centre, looking after 42 individual businesses within the centre. In February 2022 I was promoted to a Lettings property manager and my duties include carrying out viewings, negotiate leases and prepare the lease agreements.   I am also responsible for any maintenance issues and obtain quotes for management approval and arrange for contractors to carry out the necessary works.  
 

I am a good communicator both written and verbal as well as organised and methodical.   
 

I have extensive administration skills and proficient in using Microsoft products including outlook, word, and excel applications.
