About Justina Kosinskiene:
I am a motivated and reliable administrative professional with experience across education, community, and healthcare settings. I have strong organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage tasks efficiently, maintain confidentiality, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and bring a caring, patient-focused approach to everything I do. My previous roles in administration and volunteering have strengthened my attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptable and eager to learn, I am confident using Microsoft Office, databases, and digital systems, and I quickly pick up new technology. I am passionate about supporting others, contributing to positive team environments, and continuing to grow my career within the NHS or community-based organisations.
Experience
I have solid experience in administrative and clerical work across education, community, and health-related settings. My background includes managing data entry, maintaining accurate records, handling confidential information, and providing high-quality support to teams and service users.
In my previous role with CAIS, I supported daily administrative operations, updated databases, and prepared internal communications such as newsletters. Earlier, as a Teaching Assistant, I worked closely with teachers to support pupils with additional needs, demonstrating flexibility, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills.
Alongside my professional roles, I volunteer within my local church community, helping to organise activities for children and serving refreshments, which has strengthened my communication, organisation, and community engagement skills.
I am confident with IT and digital systems, hold qualifications including NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration and ECDL IT User Skills, and am committed to learning new systems such as WPAS and CIVICA. I bring a professional, adaptable, and caring approach to all my work, with a strong focus on confidentiality, accuracy, and teamwork.
