About Kai Harrison:

I'm 35, I live in Eldwick. I currently work for a branded pub where I also live.

I manage a team of team in a demanding busy kitchen that does around 25k-30k a week sales.

I enjoy the outdoors, but I am a nerd too. I can chop wood and use a map, but can also build a computer and platinum souls games.

I have ADHD which is a super power to me, especially after being diagnosed and medicated. 
I'm a very open person and believe in honesty and transparency. 
Cooking is not what I want to do forever, but I know I'm good at it and still enjoy the challenges it can bring to my life.
I'm ambitious and driven, so any task, hobby or job I take on, I always aim to master it, unfortunately I can't help it.

Worked at Dick Hudsons and The Cow & Calf (covering) for nearly 10 years in total. Two of the busiest pubs in the area.
