Managing diagnostic laboratory operation , highly skilled negotiator, qualified, UK registered and experienced biomedical scientist.  Certified to teach and manage groups of students and learners using modern teaching method and tools. Have more than 25 years of hospital based laboratory experience.  Looking for higher management positions in health care sectors in general including but not limited to laboratory services.   

Currently, I work as laboratory affairs as a Consultant, providing scientific and managerial guidance to users and staff. My role ranges from troubleshooting and resolving complex issues faced by modern laboratories, ensuring smooth operations and best performance. I am expert at establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and thoroughly monitoring staff achievements to drive excellence across all aspects of laboratory operations. 

In my previous position as laboratory services manager and laboratory senior services manager since March 2014, I coordinated establishment and success of the FMC laboratory, elevating it to reputation within Iraqis private diagnostic laboratory setting.  I implemented accurate good laboratory practice, closely overseen staff selection and training procedures, with solid dedication to enhancing sure satisfaction.  Leading day-to-day operations across multiple sections including Hematology, Blood Bank, Biochemistry, and Microbiology, I invented a masterpiece of efficiency and precision. 

My strength lies in adopting strong connections with diverse user groups, from doctors and nurses to major companies, national and international reference laboratories in order to drive business growth and increase revenue. 

My responsibilities include a range of managerial duties, from overseeing process and presenting technical information to equipment maintenance and quality assurance.  I am skilled at analyzing information, prioritizing tasks, quality focused, and stage-managing diagnostic laboratory testing with accurate attention to details. Furthermore, I shine in creating a beneficial lab environment and performing technical duties to ensure continuous 24 hours service delivery.   

Resource management is my strength, stressed by my massive knowledge of major international brands, for analyzers, reagents and consumables.  I am competent in negotiating contracts, capably piloting purchasing process and negotiating service maintenance contract to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.  I managed to slush spending by finding and negotiating best suppliers and vendors with high reputation and long establishment.    

Heading the FMC quality team for 5 years, I played a central role in safeguarding patient safety and ensuring the delivery of high quality of care.  I monitored implementation of standards, policies and procedures, supervising corrective and preventative actions in the event of nonconformance.   I arranged committee meetings and worked in partnership with departments to indorse organizational quality and compliance. 

With over 25 years of work experience as a Biomedical Scientist, I have practiced my skills across various laboratory settings. Duties ranging from producing high-quality laboratory results to communicating critical findings and validating procedures and analyzers.  I have always sustained the highest standards of quality of care.   I have actively participated in developing and reviewing standard operation procedures (SOPs), conducting audits and safeguarding compliance with health and safety policies.   As promotor for permanent improvement, I have facilitated staff competency assessments, conducted training sessions, and contributed to data protection and patient confidentiality rules. 

In principle, my journey in the field of diagnostic laboratory management characterized by unweaving commitment to excellence, accurate attention and constant chase of innovation and improvement.
