  • Over 20 years of Customer service experience.
  • Currently working towards an NVQ 2 Qualification in customer service.
  • Tourism information, promotion of site and other local attractions.   
  • Shop experience - experience of stock control, rotation, ordering cash handling and banking reconciliation.  
  • Experience of dealing with enquiries and complaints face to face, online and by telephone. 
  • Museum Experience - handling artifacts, climate control, exhibition set up/ take down and general upkeep and maintenance
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. Knowledge of specialised packages such as Oracle and Iproc/Fusion. Familiar with teams and zoom. Have used computerised tills. 
  • Admin skills – Include Invoice preparation, data collection, filling, emails, permits and applications. 
  • Compliance – Maintaining site facilities in line with Council Corporate regulations.
  • Maintenance skills & Health and Safety - include general housekeeping and cleaning. Changing fixtures and fittings when required. Courses such as Manual handling, fire safety and first aid have been completed. 

Education

BA Hons 2:1. History & Drama. 

A levels- History, English literature and Photography. 

GCSE’s including English & Maths. 

ALS Diploma in Customer service Level 2 – Currently working towards completion.
