About Karen Ratcliffe:

I have been teaching in FE for 12 years across all levels of VRQ, Technicals and apprenticeships in hairdressing. I have experience of both City & Guilds and VTCT awarding organisations. I have successfully achieved a 100% EPA pass rate for the five years I have been delivering the Hair Professional.

I also have experience as a Curriculum Coordinator having covered this post for a year.

Course manager for VRQ levels 1, 2 and 3.

Experienced in delivering fast track level 2 and 3.

IQA experience and lead on EQA activities.
