Taking my degree one step further and evolving it into a masters degree in Nanomedicine, has helped me develop confidence and skills including experience in the understanding and development of novel drugs,
experimental design, field work, statistical data analysis and a wide array of laboratory techniques. I have demonstrated an ability to manage a laboratory project and communicate with a wide variety of scientists, doctors and pharmacists through my previous work experience as well as work efficiently as part of a team. Clinical Trial's Contract Specialist
Working as a clinical trials contracts specialist, I ensure the successful negotiation and on-going management of clinical trial agreements with investigative sites. I collaborate with the functional Manager who partners with
other compliance departments to ensure country specific laws and regulations are followed to minimize risk in clinical trials. A task of mine includes communicating and explaining legal/ budgetary issues to internal and external parties per department guidelines. In partnership with the contract lead and others as necessary, I
evaluate priorities and quickly readjust priorities with the changing needs of business and the client. A general duty, includes participating in client meetings for the purpose of expediting the contract signing process as directed and creating and maintaining files for each contract.

Performing wet-lab and molecular and cellular scientific research, using methods including flow-cytometry, western blot, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), quantitative PCR (qPCR), RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis and cloning. General laboratory duties are also carried out including record keeping, equiptment monitoring, stock control and issuing clinical reports upon request as well as designing and conducting experiments independently with written procedures, protocols and reports.
