I am a PCI accredited Health Coach with extensive experience in behaviour change, motivational interviewing, and personalised health planning. I design and deliver evidence-based wellness programmes that support individuals in achieving sustainable lifestyle changes across weight management, nutrition, sleep, stress, and physical activity. Alongside this, I bring over a decade of experience in health communications, enabling me to create engaging wellness content and integrate digital tools effectively to improve outcomes. Furthermore, I am in the final stages of a 12-month Level 5 UKIHCA Health Coaching qualification with HCA, due to qualify Jan 2026.

Alongside my health coaching expertise, I bring over a decade of experience in healthcare advertising and communications, digital engagement, and patient-focused strategies, having partnered with healthcare and pharmaceutical organisations to improve HCP and patient education and support. My combined experience in coaching and healthcare communication strategy enables me to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while leveraging innovative tools to increase patient engagement and increase awareness of services to GPs, Nurses, Pharmacists and secondary care specialists to improve long-term outcomes.
