 * Critical Control Verification: Programming and verification of essential control equipment, including metal detection, weighing scales, and temperature monitoring, ensuring measurement accuracy and compliance.

 * Regulatory Compliance and Auditing: Comprehensive execution of internal audits (GMP, material intake, finished goods) and ensuring full compliance with food labeling regulations, including the approval of packaging artwork.

 * Analytical Testing: Collection, registration, and preliminary testing of samples (swabs, water) for analytical purposes, including managing coordination for product shelf-life analysis.

I hold Highfield Level 3 qualifications in HACCP and Food Safety, which, combined with my analytical aptitude, make me adept at managing GMP non-conformances and providing essential QA support for New Product Development (NPD) trials.
