About Kath Mcnee:

I have 5 years of experience working as a Personal Assistant. I have a Bachelor's degree in Event Management and successfully completed a Business Administration diploma. I'm skilled in Outlook, Zoom and Microsoft Teams handling everything from setting up meetings to virtual conferences. Scheduling, Travelling Planning, Conference Planning, Event Planning, Expenses and Inventory management.

  • Working closely with the Head of Professional Services and providing administrative support to the Head of School at The University of Glasgow  
  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Providing additional administration support for 10 Senior Directors
  • Managed the Directors complex and frequently changing travel arrangements and coordinated the pre-planning trips  
  • Manage and organise visits on Campus and liaise with the events team 
  • Regular meetings to ensure the Director is fully briefed on and prepared for upcoming meetings 
  • Liaise with both internal and external contacts for the Director and kept track of  periodic communication needed for priority contacts.
