EMPLOYMENT: 

Lloyds Development Capital (LDC) - Executive Assistant  (October 2022 - Present)

Providing comprehensive administrative support to six senior investment executives including managing complex and frequently changing schedules (ensuring optimal time management). Assisting in project management by organising meetings, tracking project timelines, conducting research and preparation of materials and ensuring deadlines are met across all the team. Scheduling meetings, tracking and preparation of high-impact presentations and reports including the finalisation of investment committee documentation. Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Organising executive travel arrangements throughout the UK and overseas. Co-ordinating company-wide marketing and off-site corporate events for clients and potential investors (managing guest lists, sourcing venues, arranging catering, menu tasting, organising IT equipment, photographers, travel and accommodation and budgeting). Managing telephone and email communication, receiving visitors, stocking meeting rooms and stationery and processing invoices and expense claims. 

McKinsey & Company Inc United Kingdom (London) - Contracts Administrator  (June 2018 - September 2022)  

I was affiliated to McKinsey’s legal and financial teams to negotiate the commercial and legal terms of global agreements and contracts for McKinsey’s world-renowned Banking, Insurance and Telecommunications clients as part of the firm’s banking sector. I had sole responsibility for my role, reporting directly to the leading Partner of our North American team and worked closely with Associate Partners and Senior Partners within the banking sector. My responsibilities included organising, managing and troubleshooting over 750 contractual engagements per year. I was also tasked with creating, editing and amending commercial contracts, leading the administration of the company’s client risk process, and liaising with senior legal representatives, directors and Kathryn McKerrow partners globally. I also attended all major board meetings and took minutes when required. 

Socotec, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire - Laboratory Analyst/Administrator (January 2018 -June 2018)  

Duties included; analysing bulk sample materials from buildings and soils for traces of various types of asbestos fibres prior to demolition or new build commencement, analysing water filtration samples for asbestos contamination, analysing data recorded on online systems and writing reports to provide to clients. I was responsible for the calibration of refractive index liquids and the recording of all new data. Afternoons being office-based liaising with both business customers, local authorities and internal staff and creating reports for clients based on the results of the laboratory sample analysis. 

 Travelling along the East Coast of Australia (June 2017 - January 2018)

 DMW Environmental Safety Ltd, Wolverhampton, W.Midlands - Laboratory Analyst/Administrator  (August 2016 -June 2017)  

Initially taken on as an agency temp, I was offered a full-time permanent post and given training towards a certificate allowing me to legally analyse samples of asbestos in buildings materials. Mornings spent in the laboratory analysing samples of asbestos from a variety of industrial, civic and domestic buildings throughout the UK and presenting recommendations. General administrative tasks related to the above process, liaising with internal staff and external clients.
