About Kathryn Moss:

  • Redesigned elements of the existing training manual to better facilitate the delivery of online training sessions in the post-COVID era.
  • Successfully delivering on-the-desk training to new starters, providing 1-1 support as required, before starting to officially mentor one staff member in October 2022.
  • Played a key role in the delivery of an organisation-wide marketing project, with the aim of enhancing company reach on LinkedIn.
  • Leading pitches and consultancy meetings with Executive level stakeholders and receiving complements for the value of my market expertise.
