I play a wide range of genres including classical, folk, Hits through the decades from 1920s to current. 

I have years of experience as an Activities Assistant and Care and Support worker.  I like to combine my musical skills running choirs in care homes and supporting other musicians at live events. 

I currently work freelance as a musician going into different Care Homes to perform music and entertain residents.  

I enjoyed working in a team previously and I have gained huge satisfaction, thinking outside the box,  organising trips or indoor communal games, that stimulate clients with both learning difficulties and dementia.  However, I am keen to work with retired adults who enjoy more accademic games and appreciate high quality musical performances.  It's more rewarding when in the form of an informal choir where people can use laminated lyric sheets I provide. 

I now wish to remain freelance and visit various retirement or care sectings, on a weekly basis, to provide this service. 

I currently play in different Care Homes, pubs and hotels, where my repertoire can be adapted to suit the age ranges of an audience.  This also includes festive and seasonal set lists.  I can perform Different show songs such as Rocky Horror to The Sound of Music and Carmen Jones.  I switch from piano to guitar and violin sometimes using a loop pedal to play both instruments or to prerecorded backing tracks. I always play instruments live as well as singing.   

 I took Functional Skills in English and Maths Level 2, to be up to date with curriculums.  I also took the Europian Computer Drivers Licince (ECDL) Advanced level.

I have vaious GCSEs and 2 A'levels

I hold a full drivers licence and have own vehicle.

I passed the MIDAS mini bus training and hold a 4 year licence.
