Making high ticket sales, building trusting relationships, coaching clients, building and managing a website, managing and marketing via Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Mailchimp, creating PDFs and videos, using Canva to create marketing materials, general administration. 

June 2017 - Sept 2019

Cappfinity (Remote - Assessor)

Conducting telephone and video interviews with university graduates, to assess suitability for graduate roles at financial institutions such as EY and Lloyds Banking. Including marking to strict criteria, rapid typing whilst candidates spoke, and quick turnaround times.

March 2013 – April 2017

RSPB (Projects Officer – Membership, promoted to Membership Venues Development Manager)

PO – booking and co-ordinating events, managing Team Administrator, relationship building, event promotion.

MVDM – leading a support team of 5 within the Membership Team, creating inductions, training, development, target setting and performance management. Accountable for the Events Budget spend, devising strategy and long-term team growth planning.
