I am an honest, dedicated hardworking and proactive individual who has a very positive outlook upon life. My zest for life enables me to recognise the goals I wish to reach both in my personal life and professionally. I am open-minded and have a willingness to learn new skills. I am reliable and dependable whist being adaptable and flexible too. I am driven and motivated, have good interpersonal skills and superb listening skills. My telephone manner is excellent with exceptional attention to detail. I am not afraid to try new things and think outside of the box. For the last 10 years I have worked in support role positions where I listen, hear, encourage and motivate people to make positive changes to their lives.

I've worked on receptions and managed a team of telephonists. I've managed in-house telecom systems and supported the facilities team.
