Kawarpal Singh

Dr. Kawarpal Singh is an MSCA-PF Fellow at the University of Cambridge, specializing in NMR spectroscopy, MRI, and dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP). He has contributed two years of research to the Shell project, studying real-time chemical processes in energy storage systems, including redox-flow batteries. A summa cum laude Ph.D. graduate from RWTH Aachen University, he has over 15 high-impact publications and multiple awards, including the EUROMAR Magnetic Resonance in Chemistry Award.

Dr. Kawarpal Singh is an MSCA-PF Fellow at the University of Cambridge with expertise in NMR spectroscopy, MRI, and dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP). He has also held postdoctoral positions at the Weizmann Institute of Science and conducted doctoral research at RWTH Aachen University on compact NMR spectroscopy. Dr. Singh has authored over 15 high-impact publications and received multiple awards recognizing his contributions to chemical research.

Dr. Kawarpal Singh earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry (summa cum laude) from RWTH Aachen University, Germany, where his research focused on compact NMR spectroscopy for reaction monitoring, structure elucidation, and quality control. He completed his M.Sc. Honours in Chemistry and B.Sc. Honours in Chemistry at Guru Nanak Dev University, India, building a strong foundation in chemical sciences and analytical techniques.
