I am 18 years old and i’m currently employed at smyths and in my spare time i like to go out with my family and friends

i have experience in retail. During this role I have developed my cash handling and till service skills, dealing with returns and payments while maintaining good customer service. Here I have been able to grow confidence in working in busy environments, allowing me to develop my efficiency skills. Lifting and using ladders has allowed me to develop a safety-conscious mind set, identifying potential risks to ensure the safety of myself and my teammates. My customer service skills have been greatly enhanced within this job role, dealing with unsatisfied customers had meant I have been able to grow confidence when dealing with complaints and conducting the correct complaints procedures without letting the conflict affect the quality of my work.
