Lloyd Bank Poole Branch (13/03/2019 - 27/03/2019) In my previous role, I effectively adapted to the technological tools employed within the bank, further underscoring the crucial role of team communication. I was introduced to strategies, involving daily goal-setting and feedback sessions to enhance efficiency and promote independence and improvements. Investment Managing in Fidelity 

International Project (March 2022) Doing a project with Fidelity International helped me understand the logistics of the investment field. Creating a portfolio optimisation using other resources such as Moody ratings to provide insight for a client to pursue their investment with Tesla. It boosted my confidence and gave me experience, showing the practical skills employers are looking for. I can confidently say I have proven myself to be ambitious and hardworking. This journey has been super important in developing my professional skills. 

Boost Juice Bar Oxford Street - Team Leader (18/09/2021 - 16/08/2023) During my time, I quickly learned how to operate new till systems. I took it a step further by training our staff on these systems as well as how the operation runs. My ability to manage and train people effectively led to my promotion as the Team Leader for our Oxford branch. It was a fantastic experience leading the team and ensuring our daily operations were always on point. 

TJ’s Fish and Chips - Customer Service (2018-2020) Working in a busy known takeaway in Sandbanks, I was able to gain experience of working under pressure; develop my verbal communication and customer service. I was working at my previous job for over 2 years which led me to working well with colleagues and how to work in a team efficiently.
