Throughout my extensive career, I've collaborated with numerous successful startups and scaleups, specializing in recruitment with a specific focus on engineering, product development, QA, design, Project Management, and C-Suite hires. Notable achievements include the substantial growth of Scotland’s first unicorn, FanDuel, where I expanded the engineering team from 16 to 150. I also played a pivotal role in facilitating Administrate’s significant growth in a critical stage of the business and provided early recruitment assistance and onsite support for Current Health, among other accomplishments.
