About Kelly Fegan:
I am a business start-up entrepreneur and mentor with 30 years of experience creating and managing businesses across different sectors and geographies. I am a champion for change and for making decisions that result indemonstrable growth beyond targeted expectations.
I have a successful track record of opening and growing businesses and I enjoy mentoring people to be the best they can. I relish the challenge of solving complex problems and my personal strategy is always to make a difference.
Experience
I have opened several start-up businesses including one grown from a simple idea into a multi-national with several millions of revenues followed by a trade exit sale. My latest start-up in contrast was a small Cornish business employing just five staff although my approach enabled it to reach profit in just nine months and prosper beyond that.
I have spent my entire career running various businesses working across a number of management disciplines including business development, legal and compliance, sales and marketing, strategic planning, product design and customer service and I have been a board and executive director for more than 30 years.
Education
I completed grammar schooling in the mid-eighties and achieved nine o'levels leaving to start my first self-employment as a bike courier in London.
Since becoming a management professional, I have attended many executive training courses ranging from managing P&L accounts to staff and business mentoring. I have some IT qualifications and am also a qualified brewer.
