I'm a founding partner of Warwick Fox, a UK based head hunting & executive search business. We are focussed on enterprise software companies across EMEA and the Americas. We help our clients to find the best candidates for a broad range of sales, pre and post sales, customer success and marketing roles.

Business Change Manager 

Running the BCM for the rates trading floor, responding to traders’ needs and ensuring they have access to the correct software, IT set ups, desk planning etc.  Provided cover for FX and commodities  traders.  Also gave technical support to the client sales team.

One to two support, looking after the Managing Director and the Finance Director. Travel (both national and international), extensive diary management, expenses, event co-ordination, lunches, presentations, cover for other admin staff, reception management and fire warden duties.

Executive Assistant to CEO 

One to one support to the CEO, who lived in Canada and worked in London/ Africa. Processing multi currency expenses, arranging a lot of travel, diary and meeting management, line management of the Office Manager, managing all in-house staff training, preparing all board papers and presentations, actioning all follow ups, personal PA work (including wife-liaison, family resent buying, travel for the family etc).

 

Liberty plc : March 09 – Sept 10

Personal Assistant to CEO

One to one support to the CEO, overseeing the ‘Renaissance of Liberty’ (a return to profits after some 30 years), extensive and ever changing diary management, lots of travel (CEO lived in Paris but worked in London), liaising with journalists, writing articles for magazines, preparing presentations, arranging fashion events and lectures, attending shows on behalf of the CEO, organising Executive Committee meetings, taking minutes, processing multi currency expenses, walking the shop floor daily and helping out on the shore floor at Christmas, on-call outside of office hours, running errands and any ad hoc help I could provide as required.

Executive Assistant to CEO

The first PA to join the company, I went on to hire and manage a further three PAs and two receptionists and provide cover for these positions. One to one support for the CEO, including managing all his emails and correspondence, lots of audio typing, writing letters, designing presentations, producing in house literature for clients, opening and responding to mail, ensuring papers for board meetings were chased up, prepared and circulated, adhering to strict time lines. Travel, expenses, lunches, dinner and events all came under my remit.

I worked in both Nottingham and Canary Wharf branches, being promoted from PA to New Homes Manager, where I oversaw a team of 18 on-site residential sales staff. Responsible to sales planning, pricing, discounting, event launch planning and staffing.
