I have been working as a logistic supervisor in Cathy Pacific, Project Manager in industrial field. I am sure my experience is adequate to cope with all the challenges and difficulties. My ambition is to one day become a successful person. Personally, I have had a hugely positive experiences in logistic and industrial fields and I would like to inspire and encourage people of all abilities to reach their full potential. As a manager, the Goal-Setting and Professional Development (GSPD) process is an ongoing, recursive process where people reflect on current professional practices, identify professional growth goals, establish a professional development plan to attain those goals, track progress towards goals over the course of the year, and reflect on goal attainment, including how the goals and professional development actually refined practices.  I firmly my self-assessment, goal setting and professional development are all interwoven and applied throughout the year to positively impact each people’s professional practices and ultimately increase our performance. I am eager to affect the lives of all the individuals so it is very meaningful to work with all the students and it is our responsibility and duties to innovate their live.

I am quite experiences in handling customer services, complaints etc. As I have been working in logistic and industrial fields for long so it is my insight to have a good management on the running and operation in all the fields. I am also good at interpersonal relationship which is essential.

I have acquire diploma in HK and good at mathematics.
