I’m a reliable hospitality professional with over five years’ experience working as a waiter and bartender in busy restaurants and bars, including Côte Brasserie and other high-volume venues.

My experience includes delivering high-quality table and bar service, taking orders accurately, handling payments and POS systems, maintaining clean and well-stocked sections, and providing friendly, professional customer service at all times. I’m confident working in fast-paced environments, staying calm under pressure, and supporting teammates during busy shifts.

Alongside hospitality, I’ve worked in customer-facing and operational roles that strengthened my communication, organisation, and work ethic. I’m punctual, adaptable, and take pride in maintaining high standards.

I’ve completed multiple recognised workplace training courses focused on hospitality, safety, and professional standards. These include Food Safety Level 2, Health & Safety, Fire Safety Awareness, Manual Handling, GDPR Awareness, and PCI Data & Security Standards.

I also hold an ENG1 Medical Certificate and a full UK driving licence. My training and certifications ensure I work safely, professionally, and in line with industry standards, particularly in customer-facing and high-responsibility environments.
