About kimberley Bee:

I am 34 years old. Married with an 8 year old son and also have full custody of my 12 year old step daughter. I live in south Elmsall, have access to my own car and hold a clean driving licence. Currently working 30 hours As a bonus processing coordinato, I have been in this role coming up to 7 years and have worked for the same company for 14 years And now looking for a new challenge. I have experience in admin, customer service and have always worked with Microsoft packages mainly excel and outlook. I am looking for an admin role or home working customer service advisor role.

Experience

2017 – Present (Next Bonus co-ordinator)

Main Duties (about the role):

 

 

• Work alongside other Bonus Coordinators in the maintenance of the incentive schemes both in warehousing and distribution

• Scanning all bonus sheet and exporting all relevant data to tight deadlines

• Help to ensure prompt query resolution (including any back pay / owed occurrences) to enable accurate payment of bonus

• Help to ensure accurate manpower planning figures are produced by updating SMVs within Bonus data files

• Roll weekly Bonus data files and take lead on end of month payroll action

• Ensure all relevant Finance, MI and Intranet files are updated accurately and in a timely manner

• Ensure a flexible and common sense approach to Health and Safety

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures in place ensuring standards are maintained at all times

• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the wider department, Warehouse Workforce and Management

• Participate in any projects throughout the business or any other duties as required

 

2011 – 2017 Next Administration 

My administration roles within Next have involved working in the Intake Admin department alongside Transport and Stock Control, Lipsy Admin office at Dearne Valley Boxed and when returning from maternity leave I joined the Central Admin team at Stadium. I have previously used various in-house computer systems such as Mainframe, Vision, Momentis and STS. I also manage Databases and worked with all Microsoft packages including outlook, excel and word. I have always worked to deadlines such as making sure staff at head office receive stock upon request and making sure other departments have received their figures / reports on time .

The tasks that my past jobs have entailed from both the LipsyOffice and Central Administration are,

• Keying and receipting all internet, retail, wholesale and franchise stock for Lipsy

• Liaising with staff at Lipsy head office and other warehouse’s on a daily basis

• Making sure all box end labels were created for stock arriving

• Collections / deliveries to and from the warehouse

• Distributing picking and location work to the relevant staff

• Stock transfers between Warehouses and Lipsy Head Office

• Using PC based systems such as momentis, mainframe, Outlook and Excel

• Reporting figures

• Inputting relevant data onto excel databases 

• Adjusting stock file using the warehouse control system

• Receipting stock arriving at all warehouses 

 

 

2009-2011 Ventura

I worked for Ventura for two years in a customer service & billing department for the mobile phone company O2. This position consisted of the below tasks.

• Taking regular phone calls from customers with a wide range of enquiries Taking payments

• Working alongside debt assistance to set up payment plans

• Helping customers to set up the handsets and cancelling customer’s mobile phone contacts. 

 

2006-2009 Hairdresser


This job involved the following responsibilities,

• Working with clients on a day to day basis

• Handling cash/cheques when taking bills

• Opening and closing the salon on a regular basis

• Cashing up all monies at the end of the day

• Working on reception, this included making appointments over the phone and face to face with clients, dealing with problem clients when necessary

• Stock management, this includes making sure stock is correct at all times and making/receiving orders

• Dealing with complaints when necessary

• Adhering to client confidentiality
