- As a hotel receptionist I deal with enquiries and room reservations made online. I use a computerised system to check guests in and issue the key to their room. I then provide guests with clear directions to their room I offer guests information on restaurants and fast food places around the vicinity. I also deal with all enquiries and complaints the guests may have

I attended pontefract new college in 2017 and gained the qualifications of distinction* in health and social care I also achieved a grade 4 in maths and English language
