- Edit producing all format promos and showreels needed for events, as well as cutting and subtitling any standalone clips needed for pitches and events.
- Managing the edit budget for each year and working hard to schedule in edits in the most efficient way, both financially and in order to meet deadlines.
- Creating bespoke pitch materials for both scripted and unscripted titles to assist the sales team in their pitches.
- Designing trade banner ads for new launch titles, some of which include adding a play-along element to the banner.
- Assisting in the set up and execution of key events and markets throughout the year, taking the lead on these when needed.
- Occasionally presenting ‘hidden gem’ sessions to the sales teams, highlighting older titles from the formats catalogue, in the hope of renewing interest.
- Covering for the Scripted Formats Producer when they are offline, providing online consultancy to international clients.
- Subtitling promos and episodes to make them more accessible to clients where English is not their first language.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Updating Imagen, an online platform for episodes, promos and pitch materials for all unscripted and scripted titles in the formats catalogue.
- Updating several boards on monday.com (a project management platform) to ensure the whole team can easily find the latest versions of promos and pitch materials, as well as access the original project files.

- Coordinating the acquisition and distribution of production deliverables to international clients and production companies, sales teams and partners/indies.
- Assisting the Scripted Formats Producer on client calls, to offer remote consultancy on their projects.
- Reading and giving feedback on series and episode proposals for international adaptations of scripted titles such as Doctor Foster, The Split and The Office, to ensure accuracy in story and character while still being adapted for local audiences.
- Compiling production bibles for all scripted titles, including collating all scripts, budgets, production information/schedules and images.
- Creating bespoke pitch materials for scripted titles to help the sales team pitch to their clients.
- Scheduling and coordinating the communications and day-to-day workings of the whole international production consultancy team.
