Experience
My professional career includes having 6 years of customer service experience working on challenging roles and assignments which has helped me embed professionalism and a strong work ethic required to succeed at every level. My last role was working as a Customer Service Specialist at Barclays Bank UK where I provided support to customers facing financial difficulty dealing with managing their debt efficiently the bank using interpersonal and negotiating skills, and financial acumen. I have previously worked as a Customer Service Manager, Technical Sales Executive and Technical Support Executive at Techvizz Solutions Pvt. Ltd from 2014 to 2019 with key objectives to provide technical support to Business Operations and ultimate win customer satisfaction as a priority. During all my roles with all organizations, I never disappointed the management and accomplished all my tasks amicably with due diligence. My mindfulness and a desire to solve people’s problems combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills make me a great fit for any team. My previous experience with dealing with queries and escalations and successfully delivering customer satisfaction are factors that will come in handy during my time with my employer. As a young entrepreneur, I took an initiative and successfully launched my Delicious Café & Restaurant in Ghaziabad, India. It was a great experience to manage all operations of the restaurant quite successfully and helped me learn life skills that I’ll take forever in my life.
Education
I have a Master of Sciences in the field of Big Data & High-Performance Computing which has contributed strongly to my technical acumen and helped me develop neural pathways to better identify patterns and solutions to customer and business problems alike.
