  • Partners with the Finance Business Partner to conduct bi-yearly productivity reviews of fee-earning departments, analysing financial and client metrics to identify underperformance and optimize profitability through redundancies, job redesign and performance management.
  • Provides support to leadership development programs and coaches senior managers to build high performing teams.
  • Spearheaded internal associate promotions by introducing competency-based interviews for fair and transparent candidate evaluations.
  • Supports on the recruitment for fee-earning roles, applying competency-based interviewing and leading recruitment assessment days.
  • Led DEI initiatives to address gender imbalance, producing and implementing the 'Gender Imbalance Report' resulting in a women’s network, coaching, sponsorship, mentorship and leadership development programs.
