i am able to utilise myself across the gym floor. My preference is to teach clients 1-2-1 , a personal training session tailored to individuals specific needs however I am also trained and able to take classes in groups of 30+ people.

i am very passionate about self development always striving to improve and be 1% better each day (minimum) I believe we always have room to grow no matter how much better off we are from where we started , I like to push and motivate the people around me to put their best into everything they do to get the best results possible.

Although I am newly qualified fir the fitness industry I have been apart of it my whole life playing football at high level for 15years. 
training in the gym on and off for 3years .

fitness has been my life and I have trained clients with such a massive difference in ability such as people who have never stepped foot in a gym to high level athletes that are trying to break a plateau , I am adaptable , motivating and promise results to my clients. 
 

I have recently come back from Greece where I was working in a Neilson hotel resort taking anywhere between 4/8 classes a day for guests in which I was threw in the deep end , no training because myself and managers trusted my ability to get the job done in a personal but outstanding and professional way.

My most recent form of education was my personal trainer training all though I self teach every day in forms of reading self development books, studying and research wether it be into my profession or other day to day aspects and world affairs that I’m interested in.
