Research Intern

● Familiarised myself with various lab techniques including tissue culture (HMEC, HEK293, HL-60), protein quantification and western blotting

● Extracted plasmids using miniprep and successfully transfected cells with these plasmids

● Analysed experimental data using Excel and ImageJ

● Improved my communication skills by summarising key findings into a report and delivered presentations in lab meetings
