  •   Full service tradesman across plumbing, tiling, remodelling, plastering, roofing, electrics, windows, foundations, driveways, paving & other external finishing.
  • Project costing & materials budgeting.
  • Sourcing materials & managing purchase of required goods.
  • Assessing holiday rental properties for repairs.
  • Executing repairs that included plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance maintenance, fixture installations, painting, & re-decorating.
  • Conducting fire safety checks & electrical testing to comply with local regulation.
