Experience

With over 23 years in the life sciences sector, I've built a robust career leading Laboratory Operations, Quality Control, and Continuous Improvement initiatives across Microbiology and Flow Cytometry environments. As Medical Laboratory Manager at Q2 Solutions, I led a high-performing team in a global lab network, spearheaded the design and launch of a new Flow Cytometry lab, and drove Lean Six Sigma–based process optimisations. I also played a key role in harmonising global lab practices and mentoring peers.

Previously at Valneva, I managed QC Microbiology and Logistics teams, contributed to GMP upgrades of manufacturing facilities, and implemented electronic training systems to streamline compliance. My early career at BioReliance saw me progress from Microbiology Technician to Study Director, where I led GLP/GMP studies and mentored junior staff.

I have a strong command of regulatory compliance, CAPEX and project management, and a passion for developing people and processes to deliver operational excellence.
