A women’s spiritual group ´ Women’s Unity´ created for local community as there are very little local support groups for women. This support group offers a different perspective and outlook on life offering teachings of various spiritual beliefs and practices. the aim is understanding different coping mechanisms this 6-week group builds a toolbox of spiritual ways of coping with life.

• Group founder, leader and facilitator, responsibilities.

• Managing, coordinating, supervising, and training groups. Providing clear written and verbal instructions to group members and promptly addressing any questions or concerns. Planning daily activities and delegating tasks. Clearly outlining goals and ensuring group members understand what’s expected of them.

• Developing a strategy to achieve the goals of the group.

• Assigning tasks to group members based on their skills and abilities.

• Monitoring the progress of each group member to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Organizing and facilitating regular meetings to discuss group progress, challenges, and solutions.

• Providing constructive feedback and guidance to group members

• Identifying and resolving conflicts within the group to maintain a harmonious working environment.

• Reporting on group performance and progress to upper management

• Participating in hiring and training new group members

• Creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all group members

• Maintaining open lines of communication with all group members and ensuring they have the resources they need to perform their tasks.

• Women who attend the group have had follow up well-beingchecks and are now leading daily lives.

NHS well being caller | NHS good Sam service​Jul 2023 to Present

To check on individuals via telephone calls from alerts via an app designed to check on NHS patients who are vulnerable. Check In and Chat Plus - provides support to more vulnerable people.

• Having empathy, patience, understanding, open-mindedness, positive and calming attitude and if needed awareness if patient requires support after the call has ended. Active listening and clarity in communication and outgoingpersonality.

• I gained a certificate for my help achieving 97 tasks i accepted and completed.

Mental health volunteer | MAT Charity​Apr 2023 to Nov 2023

Is to provide men in the community struggling with suicidal thoughts, offering a safe space to those who need to support. This charity was founded by Mrs Susan Nortcliff and was started after her son lost his life to the cause. She wanted to raise awareness and support the local community.

• offering essential talking and listening support to those in need and if further support needed sign positing them to relevantservices appropriate to their needs. sharing their lived experiences and building trust.

• I was also responsible for collecting and sales for goods raising money to support the charity. All proceeds were donations, these charities services are only possible from peoples charitable donations to Mat charity.
