I'm quite passionate about data analysis. I want to contribute to organisations by gaining insightful knowledge from data, and I have the technical abilities, analytical mentality, and drive to do so. I hope to be well-positioned to start a successful career as a data analyst owing to my curiosity, constant learning mindset, and strong communication skills.

I worked 5 years (2016-2021) operating as a root cause data analyst with Cognizant Technology Solutions India. My duties at work include: 

• Perform Root Cause Analysis, Quality Control checks on the business data on maps to ensure user provided data is reviewed that enhances maps users experience.
• Preparing Presentations based on the insights from Root cause analysis performed.
• Data validation in acquiring real time business data. Handled data from markets US, Australia, India, Singapore, Great Britain, South Africa, Canada, New Zealand
• Take appropriate decisions related to the accuracy of the data for the end users, identifying and removing SPAM.
• Worked on various priority data evaluation projects which helps to improve the user experience & data on maps.
• Team work. With the experience I have, I also enjoy discussions on our database, like managing data, editing & updating data, to make it online for the end users.
• Mentoring and helping new hires in understanding the process better.
• Prepare presentations on new policies and observations.
• Keeping all my floor members updated about their scores on a regular basis by sending reports with Various metrics that are involved in the process, which helps them to keep track of their data.
• Performing process health checks for floor to make sure that policies and processes are adhered to.
